What we collect

Your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email. That is all we need to deliver an order and tell you where it is.

Why we collect it

To pack and deliver your order, to send order updates on WhatsApp, to raise a GST invoice, and to answer you when you contact us.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Card numbers, UPI IDs and bank details never reach our servers and we cannot see them.

Who else sees your data

Our courier partner, for delivery. Meta, for WhatsApp order updates. Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your data.

Analytics

We use Meta Pixel to understand which posts and advertisements lead to orders. You can opt out through your browser or device settings.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for eight years, as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete anything beyond that.
