Cancelling an order

You can cancel any time before the parcel is handed to the courier. Message us on WhatsApp at +916301655510 with your order number. Prepaid amounts are returned in full to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Food safety

Because these are packaged food products we cannot take back a pack once its seal is broken, unless there is something wrong with it.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo of the pack and the parcel on WhatsApp. We replace it or refund it in full, including delivery, at your choice. You do not have to send the pack back.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are issued within 2 working days. UPI and card refunds reach you in 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank. Cash on delivery refunds are sent by UPI or bank transfer to an account in your name.
