Lot code and make-date on every single pack
Dhanya Lakshmi Traders has traded groundnut out of Yemmiganur since 2006. The palli podi is made from our own kernel, graded and roasted the same week it is cleaned.
Everything is ground in batches of about twenty kilos. Each pack carries its lot code and the date it was made, so you always know how old your podi is.
